Responsibility
- Lead the strategic direction of computational sciences and digital engineering initiatives, aligning them with business objectives.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of scalable cloud-based solutions using AWS and other modern platforms.
- Drive innovation in digital transformation by integrating advanced algorithms, AI/ML, and data-driven decision-making processes.
- Mentor and manage a high-performing team of engineers, data scientists, and developers to deliver world-class digital products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and digital efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and best practices in computational and digital engineering.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with technology vendors, research institutions, and industry leaders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in computational sciences, digital engineering, or software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in AWS cloud architecture, including EC2, S3, Lambda, and other core services.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or VB (Visual Basic).
- Experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects and cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, data analytics, and algorithmic optimization.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
