Responsibility
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders in the Finance, Insurance, or Banking sectors.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements for IT solutions.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to optimize business operations.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align business objectives with technology solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process flows and user stories.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Finance, Insurance, or Banking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., UML, BPMN, Agile methodologies).
- Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, or project management tools is a plus.
