Responsibility
- Lead the development of brand identities, ensuring consistency across all digital and print platforms.
- Design and optimize user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create visually compelling campaigns, including social media graphics, email templates, and digital ads.
- Provide art direction for photo shoots, video productions, and other multimedia projects.
- Conduct design reviews and present concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine deliverables.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design tools to maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand, web, and marketing projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Sketch.
- Experience with UI/UX design principles and responsive design techniques.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Experience working in agile or collaborative team environments.
- Knowledge of SEO and web accessibility standards is a plus.
