Responsibility
- Lead the architectural design and coordination process for luxury residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects in Bali.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and clients to refine design concepts and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents in compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, resolve design challenges, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to integrate structural, MEP, and interior design elements seamlessly.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups to maintain design integrity.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality results on schedule.
- Incorporate sustainable and culturally sensitive design principles into all projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in architectural coordination, with a focus on luxury hospitality or high-end residential projects.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects from concept to completion.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM software; familiarity with 3D rendering tools is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, zoning laws, and construction standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in Southeast Asia or on international projects is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
