Responsibility
- Develop and enforce BIM execution plans (BEP) and protocols in alignment with project requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinate and integrate 3D models, drawings, and data from architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure clash-free designs.
- Lead BIM clash detection and resolution sessions to identify and mitigate conflicts before construction begins.
- Train and mentor project teams on BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, ArchiCAD) and best practices for model management.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of digital twins and as-built models for facility management and future renovations.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure BIM deliverables meet deadlines and adhere to quality control standards.
- Stay updated on emerging BIM technologies and trends, recommending tools and workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare BIM reports, visualizations, and presentations for clients and stakeholders to communicate design intent effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a BIM Coordinator (Senior) or 3+ years (BIM Coordinator) in architecture or construction.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and ArchiCAD.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards (ISO 19650, AIA, or local regulations) and model coordination processes.
- Experience with clash detection tools (e.g., Solibri, BIM 360) and 4D/5D BIM applications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-disciplinary teams and client expectations.
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles and LEED/Green Mark certification processes is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
