As a Senior Design Validation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our HBM products. Responsibility
- Lead the design validation of High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) products, ensuring compliance with performance, power, and reliability specifications.
- Develop and execute test plans, validation methodologies, and automation scripts to verify HBM functionality across diverse use cases.
- Collaborate with R&D, architecture, and product teams to refine memory designs and optimize for AI/ML workloads.
- Analyze validation data to identify defects, performance bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Drive pre-silicon and post-silicon validation efforts, including emulation, prototyping, and system-level testing.
- Document validation processes, results, and recommendations for continuous product enhancement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in HBM, AI/ML, and semiconductor validation to inform best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in semiconductor design validation, with a focus on memory (DRAM, HBM, or similar).
- Strong expertise in validation methodologies, including UVM, SystemVerilog, and hardware emulation.
- Experience with HBM architectures, high-speed interfaces, and memory subsystem validation.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Perl, or C++) for test automation and data analysis.
- Familiarity with AI/ML workloads and their impact on memory performance and efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex hardware/software interactions.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a track record of collaborating across global teams.
