Responsibility
- Lead conceptual and preliminary structural design for diverse projects including high-rise buildings, bridges, and infrastructure
- Develop detailed execution drawings, tender documents, and construction specifications
- Perform structural analysis using industry-standard software (ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro)
- Collaborate with architects and contractors to optimize design efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Ensure all designs comply with Indonesian building codes (SNI) and international standards
- Conduct site visits and structural assessments for existing buildings and new constructions
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams
- Participate in client presentations and project meetings to explain design concepts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design for buildings and infrastructure
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (ETABS, SAP2000, or similar)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes (SNI) and international standards
- Experience with BIM software (Revit, Tekla) is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment
