Responsibility
- Lead the conceptual and technical design of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity and project feasibility.
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and renderings using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Oversee site analysis, zoning compliance, and permit acquisition in accordance with local regulations.
- Integrate sustainable and eco-friendly design principles into all projects, aligning with Baliās green building trends.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery without compromising quality.
- Mentor junior architects and designers, fostering a culture of creativity, precision, and innovation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring cutting-edge solutions to every project.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of professional experience in architectural design, with a portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and BIM software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and sustainable design practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills in English.
- Proven ability to lead projects independently and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with luxury or high-end residential/commercial projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with Baliās architectural landscape and local regulations is advantageous.
