Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end data analysis process, from data collection and cleaning to advanced analytics and visualization, to drive business insights and strategic recommendations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models that provide actionable insights for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, compelling narratives and presentations tailored to diverse stakeholders, including executives and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with business units to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that align with organizational goals and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Design and implement A/B tests, predictive models, and statistical analyses to optimize business processes, customer experiences, and operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior analysts and foster a data-driven culture by promoting best practices in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics to continuously improve our data capabilities.
- Partner with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and scalability of analytical solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, and advanced skills in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner.
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or Asana).
- Passion for sustainability, agriculture, or environmental solutions is a plus, but not required.
