Responsibility
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple e-commerce platforms to identify key performance trends and opportunities.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to visualize business metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to provide data-driven insights that optimize customer acquisition, retention, and conversion rates.
- Automate data processes and workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy in reporting.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate the impact of business initiatives and recommend data-backed improvements.
- Monitor KPIs such as sales performance, customer behavior, and inventory turnover to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Present complex data findings in clear, actionable formats to non-technical stakeholders through reports and presentations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging analytics tools to continuously enhance our data capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying, optimization) and experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, BigQuery).
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Experience with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis and automation.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical findings into business recommendations for diverse audiences.
