Responsibility
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Automate data processes and workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize campaigns and business performance.
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, actionable, and visually engaging manner.
- Monitor KPIs and metrics to track progress against business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging data technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in digital marketing or advertising.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical insights to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, BigQuery, or AWS is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
