Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze security alerts and threats in real-time to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to ensure system integrity.
- Lead incident response efforts, including investigation, containment, and recovery from security breaches.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security measures into system architectures and applications.
- Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, trends, and recommendations for senior management.
- Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies to enhance organizational defenses.
- Provide training and awareness programs to educate staff on cybersecurity best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on threat analysis and incident response.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Proven experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint protection.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, encryption technologies, and security frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
