Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Architect and optimize backend systems for performance, security, and reliability (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Oversee frontend development to ensure responsive, intuitive, and high-performance user interfaces (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and monitoring tools.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to security and compliance guidelines.
- Drive innovation by researching and integrating emerging technologies to enhance our tech stack.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or senior role.
- Proficient in backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET) and frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Strong experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL), APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Hands-on expertise with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to architect scalable, maintainable systems.
- Experience mentoring developers and leading agile/Scrum teams.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
