Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
  • Lead and mentor junior staff, ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency.
  • Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory checks.
  • Drive sales by promoting Watsons’ loyalty programs, special offers, and new product launches.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist in stock replenishment, merchandising, and ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role (preferably in health/beauty retail).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Proven ability to lead and train team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail/customer service certifications are advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
  • Passion for health, beauty, and wellness products with a desire to stay updated on industry trends.
