Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Lead and mentor junior staff, ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory checks.
- Drive sales by promoting Watsonsâ loyalty programs, special offers, and new product launches.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in compliance with brand guidelines.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in stock replenishment, merchandising, and ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role (preferably in health/beauty retail).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proven ability to lead and train team members in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail/customer service certifications are advantageous.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Passion for health, beauty, and wellness products with a desire to stay updated on industry trends.
