Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Drive sales by promoting products, offering personalized recommendations, and meeting sales targets.
  • Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and cleanliness.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist in inventory management, including stock checks, ordering, and receiving deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior position.
