Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Drive sales by promoting products, offering personalized recommendations, and meeting sales targets.
- Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and cleanliness.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks, ordering, and receiving deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
- Contribute to store operations, including opening/closing duties and cash handling.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior position.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and service goals.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and merchandising.
- Familiarity with health & beauty products is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail management are advantageous.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and POS systems.
