Responsibility

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring all guest needs are met promptly and courteously.
  • Lead and mentor junior crew members, providing guidance on service standards, efficiency, and teamwork.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company and health regulations.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, using POS systems and adhering to cash-handling procedures.
  • Uphold brand standards in food presentation, hygiene, and service delivery to ensure consistency across all locations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Assist in inventory management, including stock checks, restocking, and reporting discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to continuously improve skills and service quality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail, with at least 1 year in a leadership or senior role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns diplomatically.
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills, with experience using POS systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or food safety are advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
  • Passion for teamwork, mentorship, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
