Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of CPAs, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and local regulations.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic financial advice and addressing complex accounting queries.
- Collaborate with senior management to align financial strategies with business objectives and drive profitability.
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
- Represent the company in audits, tax examinations, and stakeholder meetings, ensuring transparent and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and Indonesian tax regulations; experience with international clients is a plus.
- Proven track record of leading teams, managing complex financial projects, and delivering measurable results.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software; advanced Excel skills are required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
