Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for potential investment opportunities, including M&A, private equity, and venture capital deals.
- Develop and present investment theses, pitch decks, and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze macro and microeconomic trends, industry developments, and competitive landscapes to identify high-potential sectors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risk exposure and structure investment deals that align with corporate objectives.
- Manage and optimize the corporate investment portfolio, ensuring alignment with risk tolerance and return expectations.
- Prepare quarterly and annual investment performance reports with actionable insights for executive review.
- Build and maintain relationships with investment banks, brokers, and industry experts to source exclusive opportunities.
- Stay ahead of regulatory and compliance requirements related to corporate investments in Indonesia and international markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. CFA, FRM, or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or asset management, with a focus on strategic investments.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, Comparable Company Analysis) and valuation techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, Capital IQ, or similar tools.
- Deep understanding of capital markets, equity research, and portfolio management principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience in emerging markets, particularly Southeast Asia, is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
