Responsibility
- Manage and dispatch financial documents, invoices, and billing statements to clients in a timely manner.
- Organize, track, and maintain physical and digital records of financial documents, including bank guarantees (BG).
- Conduct professional and courteous follow-ups with customers to ensure prompt payment and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on collection activities, outstanding balances, and payment statuses.
- Evaluate customer accounts to identify risks, delays, or opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, accounting, customer service) to streamline document workflows.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and data protection standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to billing and payments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in financial collections, accounting, or customer service, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of financial documents, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with financial software or CRM tools.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali for client meetings or document deliveries (if required).
