Responsibility
- Lead and manage large-scale core banking transformation projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure optimal performance.
- Liaise with vendors and third-party providers to ensure integration and compliance with banking standards.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management on banking technology trends.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulatory compliance in all project deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in core banking program or project management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale banking transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of core banking systems, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Experience working with international teams and vendors is a plus.
- Ability to work onsite in Bali and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
