Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate the uptake management process for transport and logistics operations.
- Analyze market trends and commercial data to optimize uptake strategies.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and finance teams, to ensure alignment.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to uptake management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on uptake management best practices.
- Collaborate with global teams to align local operations with international standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in transport management, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with maritime or shipping industry operations is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
