Responsibility
- Design and develop electrical control panels for industrial automation systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards (IEC, UL, CE).
- Collaborate with mechanical, software, and project teams to integrate control systems into larger automation solutions.
- Create detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs (Bill of Materials) using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN).
- Perform risk assessments and ensure designs meet safety and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing control panels to improve performance, efficiency, and reliability.
- Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in industrial automation and recommend innovative solutions.
- Participate in overseas projects, offering on-site support and expertise as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in control panel design for industrial automation.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
- Familiarity with electrical safety standards (IEC 61439, UL 508A, CE marking).
- Experience with panel fabrication, testing, and commissioning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote/hybrid environment.
