Responsibility
- Lead and manage M&E and kitchen equipment projects from inception to handover, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to streamline project workflows and mitigate risks.
- Oversee site inspections, quality control, and safety protocols to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and documentation, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve technical and logistical challenges to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Conduct final inspections and handover processes, ensuring client satisfaction and project sign-off.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize system performance and efficiency.
- Ensure all projects meet local and international compliance standards for M&E and kitchen equipment installations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on M&E systems or kitchen equipment.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects in hospitality, commercial, or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of technical drawings, specifications, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction and hospitality industry is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
