Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end strategic consulting projects, from discovery to implementation, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and present actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders, driving business transformation and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives.
- Design and implement performance metrics and KPIs to measure project success and ROI.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or business transformation.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects and delivering measurable results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience in team leadership and mentoring junior consultants.
- Familiarity with industry best practices in strategy, operations, and digital transformation.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work in a hybrid or remote setting.
