Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end construction projects for AI data center facilities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and vendors to develop and execute construction plans aligned with Oracle’s technical and operational requirements.
- Oversee site selection, permitting, and compliance with local and international building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Drive cost optimization and risk mitigation through strategic procurement, contract negotiations, and resource allocation.
- Implement sustainable construction practices to minimize environmental impact and maximize energy efficiency.
- Monitor project progress with KPIs, reporting, and stakeholder updates to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Resolve technical and logistical challenges proactively, leveraging innovative solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Mentor and lead on-site construction teams, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and collaboration.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on data centers, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget, preferably in the JAPAC region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Deep understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, structural design, and modular construction techniques.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract administration skills.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling), AutoCAD, and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse, multicultural teams.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and travel as needed for project site visits.
