Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end construction projects from planning to handover, ensuring adherence to A1 Maincon standards.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to optimize project efficiency and profitability.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align on design, safety, and quality benchmarks.
- Enforce Indonesian construction regulations and international best practices for safety and sustainability.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or logistical challenges proactively.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure cost-effective, high-quality materials.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of excellence in project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- A1 Maincon certification (mandatory) with a minimum of 8+ years in construction management.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects (residential/commercial/infrastructure) on time and within budget.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, permits, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Project) and BIM tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in multicultural environments.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Indonesian language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (Denpasar/Badung) and travel to project sites as needed.
