Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee daily operations of the Senior Day Care program, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for participants.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to the needs and preferences of individual seniors.
- Organize and facilitate recreational, social, and therapeutic activities to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
- Monitor and assess the health and well-being of participants, providing timely updates to family members and healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, social workers, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Train and supervise junior care associates, fostering a culture of compassion, professionalism, and teamwork.
- Maintain accurate records of participant activities, health status, and care plans in compliance with organizational policies.
- Engage with the local community to raise awareness about senior care services and build partnerships with relevant organizations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Social Work, Gerontology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in elderly care, community health, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with seniors, families, and team members.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine passion for improving the lives of elderly individuals.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of basic medical and first aid procedures, with the ability to respond to emergencies calmly and efficiently.
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards related to senior care services.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
