Responsibility
- Prepare and dispense oncology medications, including chemotherapy drugs, under the supervision of a pharmacist.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of medications and supplies, ensuring timely restocking.
- Assist in the compounding of sterile and non-sterile medications as required.
- Verify patient information and medication orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Provide support to pharmacists in clinical settings, including patient counseling and education.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards in medication handling and storage.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes.
- Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay updated on oncology pharmacy practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Pharmacy Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician, preferably in an oncology or hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge of medication safety, handling, and dispensing procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with pharmacy software and inventory management systems.
- Commitment to patient care and adherence to ethical standards.
