Responsibility
- Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures (e.g., Botox, fillers, laser treatments, PRP, thread lifts) with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct thorough patient consultations, assessing skin conditions, medical history, and aesthetic goals to recommend tailored treatment plans.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine, including new techniques, products, and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with medical ethics, regulations, and clinic policies to maintain the highest standards of patient care.
- Collaborate with dermatologists, nurses, and support staff to deliver seamless, high-quality service.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care, expected outcomes, and potential risks to ensure informed consent.
- Maintain detailed medical records and follow-up with patients to monitor progress and satisfaction.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, such as social media content or workshops, to promote clinic services and build trust in the community.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution, with a valid medical license to practice in Indonesia.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, with a proven track record in injectables, lasers, or other cosmetic procedures.
- Certification in aesthetic treatments (e.g., from AAAM, IMCAS, or similar bodies) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with a diverse, international clientele.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for symmetry, proportion, and natural-looking results.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple patients and priorities efficiently.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Commitment to continuing education and staying ahead of industry innovations.
