Responsibility
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Provide personalized medication counseling to patients, including dosage instructions, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans and ensure safe medication use.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, storing, and tracking pharmaceutical supplies to prevent shortages or excess.
- Conduct health screenings and wellness consultations to promote preventive care and public health.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical advancements, guidelines, and best practices.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and patient confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Pharmacy or equivalent; licensed to practice in Indonesia (or eligible for local registration).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pharmacist in a retail, hospital, or clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and therapeutic uses of medications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and healthcare teams.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in medication dispensing and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
