Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain security controls for cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) to protect against cyber threats
- Monitor and respond to security incidents in real-time, conducting forensic analysis and implementing remediation measures
- Develop and automate security processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and security orchestration tools
- Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing of cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security best practices into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps)
- Ensure compliance with international security standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, GDPR) and client-specific requirements
- Create and maintain security documentation, including policies, procedures, and incident response playbooks
- Provide security awareness training and guidance to development teams and stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging cloud security threats and recommend proactive security measures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud security operations, with at least 3 years focused on AWS, Azure, or GCP environments
- Strong understanding of cloud security architecture, including IAM, network security, and data protection
- Hands-on experience with security tools such as SIEM (Splunk, ELK), IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners, and cloud-native security services
- Proficiency in scripting/automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CCSP, AWS Certified Security, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer, or equivalent)
- Experience with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, GDPR) and security audits
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure during security incidents
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) for collaborating with global teams
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
