Responsibility
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to prioritize features, user stories, and sprint planning.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, customers, and development teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead Agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to foster a culture of collaboration and efficiency.
- Ensure products meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and user expectations through rigorous testing and validation.
- Communicate product updates, progress, and insights to senior leadership and external partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT Product Management, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product development lifecycle (PDLC).
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar project management platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with fluency in English.
- Prior experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is a plus.
- Certifications in Product Management (e.g., CSPO, PMI-ACP) or related fields are advantageous.
