Responsibility
- Plan, deploy, and maintain IT infrastructure to support contact center operations.
- Ensure the reliability and performance of network systems, servers, and hardware.
- Monitor and troubleshoot IT systems to minimize downtime and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with teams to implement and upgrade technology solutions.
- Manage and secure data storage, backup, and recovery processes.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and staff.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and support.
- Strong knowledge of network systems, servers, and hardware.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
- Familiarity with data storage, backup, and recovery processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Certifications in IT infrastructure or support are a plus.
