Responsibility
- Lead the technical design, analysis, and review of civil and structural components for large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Provide expert guidance to project teams on engineering best practices, codes, and standards (e.g., SNI, ACI, Eurocode).
- Oversee site investigations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to ensure project viability.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to optimize designs for cost, durability, and sustainability.
- Develop and implement quality control and assurance protocols for construction materials and methods.
- Monitor project progress, identify technical risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications for compliance and accuracy.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in civil/structural engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g., bridges, roads, buildings).
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAP2000, or STAAD.Pro.
- Strong knowledge of international engineering standards (e.g., ACI, AISC, Eurocode) and local regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills in English.
- Experience working in multicultural teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- PE (Professional Engineer) certification or equivalent is a plus.
