As a Senior Civil Design Engineer, you will leverage your expertise to deliver high-quality designs, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with architects, urban planners, and other stakeholders. Responsibility
- Lead the design and development of civil engineering projects, including infrastructure, transportation, and urban development.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and sustainable design solutions.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct site visits and feasibility studies to assess project requirements and constraints.
- Engage with clients, stakeholders, and government agencies to present design proposals and secure approvals.
- Utilize advanced software and tools for modeling, simulation, and analysis to optimize design outcomes.
- Ensure projects adhere to sustainability principles and environmental best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil design, with a focus on infrastructure or urban development projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Proficient in civil design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of local and international engineering standards, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and engage with stakeholders.
- Experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment.
