Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial chiller systems, HVAC, and ACMV units.
- Lead commissioning and startup of new chiller installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and optimize AWS-based automation scripts for system monitoring and control.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues using diagnostic tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design energy-efficient solutions for large-scale facilities.
- Prepare technical reports, schematics, and documentation for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Train junior engineers and technicians on best practices in chiller maintenance and AWS integration.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements (e.g., ASHRAE, ISO).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial chiller systems, HVAC, or ACMV maintenance.
- Proven expertise in AWS (Automation & Control Systems) and VB (Visual Basic) for system programming.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, compressors, heat exchangers, and PLCs.
- Certifications in HVAC/R (e.g., EPA 608, ASHRAE) are a plus.
- Experience with commissioning large-scale chiller plants (100+ TR capacity preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
