Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial chiller systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
- Conduct commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of new chiller installations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and optimize AWS+VB-based automation scripts for chiller system monitoring and control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement energy-efficient chiller solutions for clients.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, maintenance logs, and performance analyses for management and clients.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for chiller-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Stay updated on emerging HVAC technologies, electrical safety protocols, and automation trends.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on chiller system operations and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; certification in HVAC/R is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial chiller service, maintenance, or commissioning.
- Proven expertise in electrical systems, PLC programming (AWS+VB), and automation.
- Strong knowledge of chiller types (centrifugal, screw, scroll) and refrigeration cycles.
- Familiarity with HVAC industry standards (ASHRAE, ISO, local regulations).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel for on-site assignments as required.
