Responsibility
- Develop and implement channel marketing strategies to drive partner acquisition, retention, and revenue growth in assigned regions.
- Design and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners, including digital, email, and event-based initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to create partner enablement materials, such as playbooks, battle cards, and training programs.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and partner performance to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Manage marketing funds (MDF/Co-op) and ensure ROI on channel investments through rigorous tracking and reporting.
- Lead the development of localized content (e.g., case studies, whitepapers, webinars) tailored to regional partner needs.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, including lead generation, pipeline contribution, and partner engagement metrics.
- Represent Honeywell at industry events, trade shows, and partner summits to strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or industrial sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful channel programs with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, Google Analytics) and channel metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with distributors, resellers, or OEM partners in Southeast Asia is highly desirable.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for reporting and analysis.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and manage multiple priorities.
