Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in the financial services sector.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email) to enhance online visibility and engagement.
- Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency across all channels, including advertising, PR, and corporate communications.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and customer needs.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and measure ROI to optimize performance.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and media engagements to strengthen partnerships and thought leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (CMO, Marketing Director, or equivalent).
- Proven track record in financial services, fintech, or banking marketing, with a deep understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Expertise in digital marketing (SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, CRM) and data analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Indonesian; ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in brand development, market research, and performance marketing with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with the Indonesian financial market and consumer behavior is highly advantageous.
