Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and submission of construction bids and tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and analyze competitors in the construction sector.
- Develop and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content tailored to construction projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, finance, legal) to gather necessary data for proposals and marketing campaigns.
- Support the organization of industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote the companyâs services.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage CRM systems and databases to track leads, client interactions, and project pipelines.
- Assist in drafting press releases, newsletters, and social media content to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
- Familiarity with bidding and tender processes in the construction industry is a strong advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data collection, reporting, and market analysis.
