Advisory Singapore is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Centre Manager to oversee operations for premium mixed development projects in Bali. Supporting the Asset Manager directly, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating all aspects of a high-end property portfolio, ensuring world-class service delivery, seamless operational efficiency, and maximum asset value appreciation.
As the Senior Centre Manager, you will lead a dedicated on-site team and manage day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and comprehensive facility maintenance. You will act as the key liaison between tenants, contractors, and corporate stakeholders, driving operational excellence across commercial, retail, and lifestyle spaces. Responsibility
- Coordinate daily operations, maintenance, and security of mixed-use development portfolios to ensure top-tier standards.
- Support the Asset Manager in developing and executing strategic asset enhancement initiatives (AEI).
- Manage tenant relations, oversee lease compliance, and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Supervise and evaluate third-party vendors, facility management contractors, and on-site staff.
- Oversee annual operational budgets, track expenditures, and implement proactive cost-saving strategies.
- Ensure all facilities comply with health, safety, and local environmental regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive regular financial and operational performance reports for key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 to 8 years of proven experience in property management, specifically overseeing mixed-use, retail, or commercial developments.
- Strong track record of managing tenant relations and driving operational excellence.
- Robust financial acumen with experience in budget management, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required; knowledge of local Indonesian regulations is highly advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a highly proactive attitude toward complex operational challenges.
