Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable C# applications using WPF and MVVM patterns for enterprise clients.
- Integrate AI-powered tools and automation to enhance development efficiency and code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver robust solutions.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring high responsiveness and reliability under heavy workloads.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices in software engineering.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in .NET, cloud computing, and AI to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to iterative product enhancements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in C# development, with a focus on WPF and MVVM frameworks.
- Proven expertise in building enterprise-grade applications with a strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Experience with AI/ML tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Azure AI) or a willingness to upskill in AI-assisted development.
- Proficiency in .NET Core/Framework, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems for optimization.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate with global teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and DevOps practices (CI/CD) is a plus.
