Responsibility
- Lead the design, configuration, and customization of Salesforce to meet business requirements, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business processes, translating them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows to automate business processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues, providing timely support to end-users and escalating when necessary.
- Design and generate reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct system integrations with third-party applications using APIs, middleware, or other integration tools.
- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Salesforce Administrator/Developer, with a focus on Salesforce configuration.
- Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builders, validation rules, and custom objects.
- Foundational development skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), or Salesforce DX.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and integration capabilities.
- Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation, including SOQL and Salesforce Analytics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
