Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of document support specialists, ensuring high productivity and adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee the end-to-end document management process, including creation, review, editing, and archiving.
- Develop and implement best practices for document workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of business-critical documents.
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide coaching to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and client-specific requirements.
- Resolve complex document-related issues and escalate concerns as needed.
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives to streamline document support operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in document support, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in managing document workflows, quality control, and team coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in a professional services or corporate setting is a plus.
