Responsibility

  • Lead and mentor a team of document support specialists, ensuring high productivity and adherence to quality standards.
  • Oversee the end-to-end document management process, including creation, review, editing, and archiving.
  • Develop and implement best practices for document workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of business-critical documents.
  • Monitor team performance metrics and provide coaching to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and client-specific requirements.
  • Resolve complex document-related issues and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Contribute to process optimization initiatives to streamline document support operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in document support, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven expertise in managing document workflows, quality control, and team coordination.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
