Responsibility
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance data center service delivery, scalability, and reliability.
- Service Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of managed services, ensuring alignment with client SLAs and business objectives.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement data-driven solutions to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2) and maintain robust security protocols across all data center operations.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Negotiate and manage relationships with third-party vendors, hardware suppliers, and cloud providers.
- Performance Metrics: Define, track, and report on KPIs related to uptime, latency, capacity utilization, and service quality.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 8+ years in data center operations, IT infrastructure management, or cloud services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of data center architectures, including networking, storage, virtualization, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Operational Excellence: Hands-on experience with ITIL, ITSM frameworks, and service delivery methodologies.
- Business Acumen: Strong ability to align technical operations with business goals, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
- Certifications: Preferred certifications include PMP, ITIL v4, CCNA/CCNP, or cloud provider certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to manage cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, and drive organizational change.
- Communication: Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a track record of troubleshooting complex operational challenges.
