Responsibility
- Lead the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for BI solutions.
- Design, implement, and optimize data models and ETL processes to ensure accurate and efficient data integration.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic initiatives.
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy.
- Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and best practices.
- Monitor and maintain data quality, ensuring consistency and reliability across all reports.
- Stay updated on emerging BI technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data visualization best practices.
- Strong SQL skills with experience in querying and optimizing large datasets.
- Experience with ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Azure Data Factory) and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience working in a global or remote team is a plus.
- Certifications in Power BI, Azure, or related technologies are highly desirable.
