Responsibility
- Lead the alignment of the KYB program with vendor onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration and compliance.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce onboarding friction while maintaining regulatory and security standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and operations, to streamline KYB workflows.
- Monitor and analyze KYB performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous optimization.
- Ensure adherence to local and international KYB regulations, updating policies and procedures as needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on KYB-related inquiries and escalations.
- Design and deliver training programs to educate teams and vendors on KYB requirements and best practices.
- Drive innovation in KYB processes by leveraging technology and automation tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, compliance, or KYB/KYC operations.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to KYB, AML, and vendor onboarding.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with process automation tools and compliance software is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
