Responsibility
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Design and optimize data models, ETL processes, and SQL queries to ensure accurate, efficient data retrieval and analysis.
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy, enabling real-time decision-making.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present findings to senior management through clear, actionable recommendations.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging BI technologies to continuously improve data infrastructure and analytical capabilities.
- Ensure data governance and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, local data privacy laws).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and SQL (advanced querying, optimization).
- Experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages for data analysis and automation.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and database management (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling visualizations and narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
