Responsibility
- Identify and generate high-quality leads through market research, networking, and cold outreach to potential clients in Baliâs corporate and hospitality sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand our vending and OCS footprint across key locations.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting the unique benefits of Coffeebotâs solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals with decision-makers, ensuring profitable contracts that align with company revenue goals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional post-sales support to drive retention and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and logistics) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, tracking KPIs such as lead conversion rates, revenue growth, and customer acquisition costs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the FMCG, vending, or coffee industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with the ability to handle objections and secure commitments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
