Responsibility
- Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate clients and event partnerships in Baliās dynamic business and hospitality sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure profitable and sustainable deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, logistics) to deliver seamless event experiences.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in the events and corporate sales industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, vendors, and industry partners.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, pitches, and reports to senior management and clients.
- Represent Icem Global at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, or event management, with a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
- Strong understanding of the Bali market, including corporate clients, hospitality industry, and event trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong network of contacts in Baliās corporate, hospitality, or events industry is highly desirable.
- Passion for events, sales, and creating memorable client experiences.
